Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Langhetruffle. Access to and use of this website, as well as the purchase of the experiences offered, are governed by these Terms and Conditions. By using the site and completing a booking, the user fully accepts the following clauses.

Booking and Payment Methods

• The reservation is considered confirmed only after receiving the confirmation email and the payment of the expected amount has been made.

• Prices are expressed in Euro (€) and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise indicated.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • The flexibility of our customers is important, so the cancellation policy is structured as follows:

  • Free cancellation: The user can cancel the reservation without any penalty up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time and date of the experience. In this case, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued.

  • Late cancellation: If cancellation is requested within 48 hours prior to the experience (or in case of no-show/no-show), no refund will be made.

Change of Date

  • Request up to 48 hours in advance: It is possible to request a change of the date and/or time of the experience at no additional cost up to 48 hours before the start of the activity, subject to verification of availability for the new requested date.

  • Request in the previous 48 hours: The possibility of changing the date within 48 hours before the event is not guaranteed. In such cases, the request will be treated as a late cancellation.

Changes or Cancellations by the Organizer

  • In case of force majeure, weather conditions, the experience may be canceled or rescheduled. In these contexts, the user will be offered the choice between:

1. The move of the service to a new agreed date.

2. A full refund of the amount paid.

Participants' Responsibility

  • Users undertake to respect the times indicated and the instructions provided by the organizers. Any delays do not guarantee the extension of the experience or the reimbursement of the ticket.

  • Participants are required to adopt prudent behavior, to wear footwear and clothing appropriate to the natural environment and to independently assess their physical fitness before taking part in the experience.

Personal Data Processing

  • The personal data provided during the booking phase will be processed in compliance with current data protection legislation (GDPR - EU Regulation 2016/679). For more details, see our Privacy Policy.
